  1. The phone records where and when the report was made. One sent from far away is flagged, not hidden.

  2. Download the day as a PDF, or share it on WhatsApp. Only managers and admins can share it outside the company.

  3. The project manager signs it off, or sends it back with what needs changing. Nobody signs off their own report.

  4. Crew on site, photos taken and contractors working, read before the first call of the morning.

  5. Quantity done against a programme activity updates the schedule. With the crew count, it gives you output per worker.

  6. Rain, a material shortage, a late drawing: each delay is logged with the hours lost and the activity it held up.

  7. Pick the GRN, and the materials and accepted quantities come from it. Nothing typed twice.

  8. The supervisor writes the day, in Hindi or Marathi if they like, and attaches photos. No signal? It waits on the phone and sends once.

  9. Each contractor's headcount and remarks, so a labour bill can be checked against the days.

    We train office and site

    Your office and site teams, each on their own screens. Site staff get short forms with big buttons, in Hindi or Marathi if they prefer.

How much does Mezura OS cost?

You pay for the projects running at once, and every user is included on every plan. Every plan starts with 30 days free, no card. The plans and prices are on the pricing page.

Is our data safe?

Site staff record quantities and attendance without seeing a rupee, and Managers see only their projects. Every change is logged, the database is backed up nightly, and our support team can't read your data unless your Admin opens a time-limited, read-only window. More on the security page.

How do we get help?

Email info@mezuraos.in, and a person replies within one working day, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. Step-by-step guides are in the help centre, and we move your existing Excel data in with you at the start.

Does Mezura OS replace Tally?

No. Your ledgers, GST returns and books stay in Tally. Mezura OS keeps the project side, measurements, RA bills, labour bills and payments, and exports your client bills, contractor bills and payments to Tally as vouchers for your accountant.

Do we need to install anything?

No. Mezura OS runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, so site teams use the phone they already have.
